In October of 2010 we participated in the IDA (Interior Design Awards) sponsored by ASID and placed second in the category of Residential Projects of over 10,000 square feet.

Working on this project reminded us of;

1.  How creative people can feed off of each other and build upon the ideas of others to reach the best solution.

2.  How past experiences lead to new inspiration.

3.  How examining the work of others teaches us where we can improve and what we do better than most.

4.  The importance of knowing your audience and understanding the task.  Never sacrifice function  just to exercise your creative muscles.
