Ranch Transformation

For the speculative residential market in Atlanta, a group of investors asked us to transform a typical ranch home without changing the footprint of the original structure or incurring astronomical costs. We left the interior layout essentially the same but raised the ceilings and the roof, changed the windows and covered the new building skin in shingles.
